Vodaplex provides a 30 day 100% Guaranteed manufacturer defect warranty. If you receive a product that is dead on arrival or defective we will send you the replacement.
After the 30 day Vodaplex 100% Gurantee Warranty expires, the manufacturer's warranty will take over. Most manufacturers offer a 1 year or longer warranty for their products. Refer to your warranty and contact the manufacturer for return instructions.
Vodaplex's Return Process
Upon receiving a returned product we verify that the product is defective and if not possible send the product to the manufacturer who will verify the product is defective. If the item is found to be defective we will immediately begin processing the replacement. The replacement item will be shipped to you via reputable carrier ground.

The customer must pay for and arrange shipping to Vodaplex with online tracking. Warranty starts from the date product was received for 30 days. Copy of the receipt must be provided.
